​Willoughby's Rates and Seasons

The Reservation Process:

*    Once your reservation is made, you’ll receive a rental agreement

     for the dates selected. 
*  To hold the dates, you’ll sign the agreement and return it to                            Willoughby’s by email or USPS.
*  Payment will be due 60 days in advance of your reservations or at the

     time of booking if reservation dates are less than 60 days out. 
*  We will send you a pay-online link through QuickBooks that will allow 

     you to pay using any major credit card.

Other Rental Information: 
*   No smoking in the building.
*   No pets (sorry)
*   No groups over 6 individuals

Additional  Willoughby’s Information
*    No smoking (Willoughby’s is a no-smoking building)
*    No pets
*    No receptions, large group gatherings  (over 6), or  "special events”
